「十勝豚肉丼」光是香氣已經讓人口水直流,?炙烤過的豚肉香氣十足,❤️加上(愛蔥鬼強力爭取)大量的蔥花,再拌著充滿濃香鹹甜兼具的醬油汁和熱騰騰、?粒粒飽滿的珍珠白米飯,說真的??這樣的蓋飯我天天吃也不會膩?,再說在家裡煮,多來一點誠意吧‼️絕對有加分的效果‼️ 而且還比街外舖來得便宜 ? (說穿了是為了省錢)。(食譜如下,謝謝??)


「十勝豚肉丼」

材料:-
厚切豬腩肉片.....200g
日式醬油............50ml
清酒....................50ml
味醂....................2湯匙
糖........................1湯匙
蜜糖....................1湯匙
蒜瓣(略拍)..........1瓣
大蔥(切細)..........1棵

做法:-
1. 把日式醬油、味醂、清酒、糖、蜜糖和蒜瓣煮至濃稠成醬汁拿出備用。
2. 燒熱油鍋,下厚切豬腩肉片煎至焦香,然後下醬汁,煮至收汁便可,拌與蔥花和白米飯同吃。

小貼士:-
可利用火熗炙燒已烹調好之豚肉表面,以增焦香。
